Interventions will employ nutritional advice, medication treatment as well as Eclipse ASWT (Acoustic sound Wave Therapy) and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections if indicated. Follow up visits will be done with modification to therapy as needed. All patients will receive a free sample of Tadalafill, or Sildenafil as part of their therapy when appropriate.
